At HED Cycling Products, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your new wheels or components do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your return.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original HED packaging, ensuring all skewers, rim strips, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
